We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated on a main but quiet street between downtown and the outskirts of town. It was easy to get to all the attractions, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They offered services like dry cleaning, laundry, and an airport shuttle, which made our stay even more convenient. The rooms were spacious and equipped with all the amenities we needed, like air conditioning, a safe, and a flat-screen TV. We also loved the swimming pool and the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay very enjoyable.
This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

location and staff are ok, pool was not big, but good enough
breakfast was poor, and airco only had an on-off switch that worked, it was not possible to regulate the temperature

this is a lovely place with a lot of charme; it doesnt look like a hotel from the outside but has a very lovely inner courtyard with the rooms build around it.

We loved the location of the hotel within walking distance to Merida centro, making it easy to explore this city without needing to use transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and offered the needed privacy we wanted during our stay. In addition, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist.
Nothing not too like.

This place had a great central spot, perfect for exploring the city! The pool looked very inviting, and the rooms were decorated with antiques, which added to the charm of the place. Free WiFi was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Our Christmas didn't live up to our expectations because the room was super stuffy and had a weird musty smell, which was really disappointing because we picked this place for its ambiance. , the breakfast was a bit of a letdown, especially for a holiday morning.

The staff was cooperative and helpful. The accommodations were well appointed, clean, quiet, most comfortable. And the value-for-the-money was very satisfying. This is a once-elegant establishment, and it still maintains a lovely presence.
Can't think of a thing.

It was a quaint and romantic setting. The staff were really pleasant and helpful and the rooms very clean and functional.
Depending on your tolerance for walking in the heat, it's a bit of a hike from "centro" but on the plus side there are always taxis and colectivos going past the front door and it does make for a quieter night's sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. the location was perfect for exploring the city center, with many attractions within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and included in the affordable price. the pool was small but refreshing and the terrace provided a lovely view of the area.
We did encounter some issues with mosquitos on the property.

Beautiful layout took me back several hundred years, yet with the modern amenities. Gorgeous woodwork, furniture, and overall decor. Wonderful little swimming pool and garden area, with outside seating for casual conversations in the evening. Wonderful staff. Decent breakfast...with fresh fruit everyday.

Excellent service and great location. The staff was very friendly and gave good tips for local hotspots. The hotel is conveniently located in a main street between the city center and outside attractions. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the bathroom facilities were well maintained. The sparkling pool provided a perfect spot for relaxation after a busy day of exploring.
Lack of maintenance was evident and the price was steep for the quality of service offered. The shower did not provide warm water and the pool was subpar for swimming. a passable hotel experience, though not worth the high price tag.

Nice old building and setting, especially courtyard. Decent breakfast. Helpful staff. Free nearby secure car park.
On very busy road so very noisy, esp. the rooms closest to the front. Rather far from city centre.

The building is very nice, it is an old mexican house
somewhat far of the downtown, but very safe to go walking
